The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management
This course provides a practice management qualification designed for nurses and receptionists who are taking on supervisory roles and wish to develop their leadership and management skills. The Level 3 qualification focuses on practical day to day management and provides a framework for training in planning, communications, customer care, finance and people management. Assessment towards the qualification is carried out through practical practice-based assignments.

The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
This course is designed to give dental practice managers a sound foundation for their formal development. It represents a highly practical way to gain a respected management qualification which also benefits the practice. The Level 5 Diploma course comprises monthly modules of blended learning, course documents, videos, webinars and tutor support. Assessment towards the qualification is based on a range of practical tasks and written assignments which are spread over the period of the programme and carried out by participants within their practices.

The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 7 Diploma in Executive Management
This qualification is intended for those working at a senior level within their dental practice either as a practice manager or as a dentist-manager. The programme leads to the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 Diploma in Executive Management and successful completion of the programme entitles delegates to membership of the Institute and the use of the letters MInstLM.
The programme comprises webinars and distance learning materials together with mentor and tutor support. The programme lasts eighteen months and assessment is ongoing based on a range of practical tasks and written assignments which are spread over the period of the programme and carried out by participants.
